Inspection Services
Swift will act as the intermediary and communicator between you and your supplier, performing the services you desire, as you instruct, for your product needs.
Pre-Production Inspection
Are all materials on site and ready to begin production?

IPI – Inline Production Inspection/DUPRO – During Production Inspection
Random inspection of 20% of your goods during the production run
AQL – Acceptable Quality Limit
Allowances of +/- of product quality. Ie; thickness, colors, wood grain look etc.
PSI – Pre-Shipment Inspection
NOTE: This should minimally be done with your goods. The last thing you would want is to have your goods show up at the destination location only to find out they are unsellable!!
Swift will verify that all products are accounted for and packaged properly prior to shipment. This includes, but is not limited to, inner and outer product and carton protection.
All proper exterior barcodes will be placed on product boxes and cartons, scanned directly into an Amazon fulfillment center or a 3rd party logistics center and prepared for shipments.

Swift inspection services are offered on almost any product including, but not limited to:
Swift inspections occur 24 hours after you have shared your supplier’s contact details. Swift will provide images and videos, allowing you to visually inspect the product packaging. If the products are being shipped directly to an Amazon FBA warehouse, Swift can inspect the goods according to Amazon or FBA inspection service rules, including the packaging and label inspection.

Factory Audit
Factory Audit (abbreviated to FA), is an onsite factory audit on behalf of you before you place the order to a new manufacturer. The goal of a FA is avoiding involving in a bind working with the wrong factory or supplier that you don’t want..
Generally a FA is supposed to be completed within two days (depending on the factory’ s status and your special needs). A FA is more comprehensive and focuses on more details of factory‘s quality assurance system. During Factory Audit, our auditor will record and take pictures of every key aspect for your reference to make you have actual feeling and sense about the factory before you sign the contract.
The Factory Audit report will be sent within 1-2 working days after inspection happened.

Final Random Inspection on Products
Final Random Inspection (abbreviated to FRI) also called Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) is a product evaluation at the end stage of production. Normally FRI requires the production to be 100% completed and at least 80% of goods to be packed . The checked samples are randomly selected according to AQL standard (Acceptance Quality Limit).
When performing FRI, industrial standardized processes and method are to be applied to comprehensively check and test your product, ensuring it meets agreed upon specifications. Besides, we own over one thousand checklists for different products that provide the detailed criteria identifying products defects.
A standard FRI covers below sections:
Marks & Labels, Product Specification, Quantity, Quality, Packing, On-Site Testing, Workmanship. Client listed Special Requirement according to the products.
The inspection report will be sent within 1-2 working days after inspection happened.

100% Inspection Service (on Products)
